Privacy Policy

Effective April 16, 2026

1. Overview

Collective Media Group, LLC (“CMG,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit our websites, engage with our marketing, submit a contact inquiry, sign into a client portal, or work with us as a client, partner, vendor, or job applicant.

This Policy applies to cmg.la, cusrich.ai, aiwrangler.co, and any other website, application, or service that links to it (collectively, the “Services”). It does not apply to the websites or services of our clients, which are governed by their own privacy policies.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact details such as name, company, work email, phone number, and website when you submit a form, request a proposal, or reply to an outreach message.
  • Account credentials and profile data when you create or access a client portal.
  • Business information you share in the course of a client engagement, including goals, budgets, brand assets, and account access you grant to us.
  • Communications you send us by email, chat, scheduling tool, or signed agreement.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, session duration) gathered via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
  • Marketing performance data when you interact with emails, ads, or landing pages we operate or instrument on behalf of a client.

Information from third parties

  • Enrichment data from business-information providers (for example, company size, industry, role).
  • Data from ad, analytics, and commerce platforms (for example, Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopify, Klaviyo) that our clients authorize us to manage on their behalf.

3. How we use information

  • Delivering and improving our Services, including strategy, media, creative, engineering, and retention programs for clients.
  • Responding to inquiries, scheduling introductions, and sending proposals.
  • Operating and securing our websites and client portals.
  • Measuring the performance of our marketing and our clients’ marketing.
  • Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our agreements.

4. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers who help us run our business (hosting, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, CRM, AI tooling) under written agreements that restrict their use of the data.
  • Clients when the information relates to services we provide to them and they are the controller of the underlying data (for example, their customer lists, their ad accounts).
  • Marketing and advertising partners when you interact with pages and campaigns we operate, subject to your consent where required.
  • Legal, safety, and corporate transaction reasons, including to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. SMS / text messaging

If you provide your mobile number and opt in to receive text messages from CMG — for example, by checking an SMS consent box on a contact form, replying to a keyword, or signing an agreement that includes SMS communications — the following terms apply specifically to that program.

Phone and consent data we collect

  • Mobile phone number you submit through a form, agreement, or chat tool.
  • Express written consent records, including the date, time, IP address, web page or form, and the exact opt-in language you agreed to.
  • Message history between you and CMG, including delivery status, replies, opt-out requests, and HELP requests.
  • Carrier and device metadata returned by our SMS provider (for example, carrier name, message status codes).

How we use phone and SMS consent data

  • To send the categories of messages you opted in to receive — typically transactional updates about your inquiry or engagement, scheduling confirmations, account or project notifications, and (where you opted in) marketing messages from CMG.
  • To respond when you reply to a message, including handling HELP and STOP requests.
  • To maintain proof of consent and opt-out as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and carrier rules.
  • To measure deliverability and improve our messaging programs.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. Opting out will end SMS messages from the program you opted in to; we may still contact you by other channels you have authorized.

Who we share phone and SMS consent data with

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share phone numbers and SMS consent records only with:

  • SMS service providers and subprocessors (for example, our messaging platform, telecom aggregators, and the underlying mobile carriers) strictly to deliver the messages you requested and to maintain consent and opt-out records.
  • Internal CMG personnel who operate the program, on a need-to-know basis.
  • Legal and regulatory recipients when required by law, subpoena, or to enforce our agreements.

The information sharing described in Section 4 of this Policy excludes mobile opt-in data and consent: that data is not sold, rented, or shared for any third-party marketing or promotional use.

6. Cookies and tracking

Our sites use first- and third-party cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, and marketing. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through the cookie controls presented on our site. Blocking some categories may impact site functionality.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, to opt out of certain processing, or to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

If we process data on behalf of a client as a service provider or processor, we will direct your request to the relevant client.

8. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to deliver the Services, meet legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and context of use.

9. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International transfers

CMG is headquartered in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

11. Children

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
