Terms of Service

Effective April 16, 2026

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services offered by Collective Media Group, LLC (“CMG,” “we,” or “us”), including cmg.la, cusrich.ai, aiwrangler.co, and any connected client portals (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Services you agree to these Terms.

If you engage CMG as a client, additional commercial terms set forth in a separately executed Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement will control over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

2. Eligibility and accounts

The Services are intended for business users. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable law or the rights of others.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Services.
  • Introduce malicious code or interfere with other users’ use of the Services.
  • Use the Services to send unsolicited messages or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

4. Intellectual property

The Services, including all content, trademarks, logos, designs, code, and text, are the property of CMG or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes and for evaluating a potential engagement with CMG.

Deliverables produced under a client engagement are governed by the applicable Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement.

5. Submissions and feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback through the Services, you grant CMG a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it without restriction or compensation. Do not send us confidential information through public forms.

6. Third-party services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party products (for example, analytics, advertising, commerce, or AI platforms). CMG is not responsible for those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their terms and policies.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, CMG disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. CMG does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CMG will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to the Services or these Terms. CMG’s aggregate liability for direct damages arising out of these Terms will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100), unless a signed agreement between the parties provides otherwise.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CMG and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your infringement of any third-party right.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason in our reasonable discretion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
